Last weekend we made Thomas Keller's fried chicken for the first time.  If you like spicy, crunchy, moist fried chicken, you have to try it!

Wedding gifts utilized: Thomas Keller's Ad Hoc at Home, Shun cleaver (WOW.  I've never held such a dangerous looking and amazing knife), double-basket deep fryer.

    been there, ate it. Highland bakery's portion sizes are disgusting. I'll dig up a pic and send it to you.
